Reception Concierge

The use of fully trained LSS reception and concierge officers creates a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees, whilst also offering a welcoming and professional presence to all who use the building. All LSS officers have a broad range of skills and provide a friendly and efficient service.

LSS reception staff are employed in both the private and public sector.

The key uses for door supervisors are…

• To provide a secure environment for all who use the building
• To identify and monitor unwanted or unsuitable entrants to the building.
• To act as a welcoming or informative presence at the entrance of the building, i.e. concierge services.

Most professional reception staff are fully trained and licensed under the SIA, while many will also have further skills such as first aid and health and safety.
